Let’s go beyond mind by thaughtlessness and emotionslessness using Gibberish. The objective of gibberish is to keep the mind busy and when it gets so busy that there is no time for thoughts to come in, then it leads us towards the space of no mind. First arises thoughtlessness and as the thoughtlessness increases that leads towards no mind. Do the gibberish one hour with totality. After one hour start witnessing and you will be in a thoughtless state which will lead to no mind space.
Gibberish is a language which we don’t know. You can make any kind of noise. You can also express any emotions you have in a gibberish way. There can be happy gibberish, angry gibberish, anxiety, frustration. Anything can be expressed in a gibberish way. Go all the way and bring it out, anything, but continue the gibberish. It could be happy or angry, you express what comes. It doesn’t necessarily need to be loud or quiet. You express whatever emotion arises in whatever way in Gibberish.
After some time you might feel, “I have done so much gibberish, there is nothing more remaining to express.” But there are layers over layers so keep going and you will see the result of it. In recent times, Gibberish was made famous by Sheikh Jabbar. Sheikh Jabbar wouldn’t talk, he would just make a hand signal which means “Get started.” And the person starts gibberish. It is said that Sheikh Jabbar never spoke a word but still had thousands of followers. His message was that whatever we speak from the mind is nonsense. It is not ours that we speak. So do the gibberish, then the mind will be empty and that way one can enter into meditation.
