Welcome! I welcome you because you are giving me the opportunity to serve you. I welcome you because you have a thrust towards knowing the truth, you want to know who you are, where you came and where you will go. I welcome you because you know that there is misery in life, there is pain in life and you have interest in fixing and solving it. When we choose a path of living life there are two ways: One way is the path of the ultimate and the other way is the path of the material world. In the path of the ultimate if you reach the goal it’s perfect, it’s a blessing. Even if you don’t reach the goal, just walking on this path in itself is so beautiful, so full of bliss, full of happiness, full of joy. The other path is of the material world in which one keeps grabbing things and is not aware of why he is doing so and as time passes, either the age passes and then half the life he spent on grabbing material things and then the rest of life he will spend on fixing his health by the material things he gathered or it would be too late, that now one needs to leave the body and one has not realized, “What was the purpose of my life? Why did I come to this planet?” And he could have spent his time on knowing who he is, on finding the truth rather than walking a path of misery. Now once the objective is clear one can channel his power towards that, one can put his resources and energy towards that which leads him towards one’s conscious goal. That this is what you want in life. Some of you want to know who you are, from where you came and where you will go. Some would like to use meditation as a method to live a happy and joyful life. So there is a path for living happily and joyfully. Some used other language, but ultimately it comes to the same thing. That they’d like to live happily and joyfully as well. You are saying I would like to remove my misery, remove my pain sitting inside, remove the garbage l gathered from society, family, other people telling me, “Do this, don’t do this” and those created blockages in our nervous system. So you would like to clean that and that would result in living happily and joyfully. Some say they would like to explore more than what is there in day to day life. Meditation can be used in exploring much much more than what we have in day to day life. Some meditations you have done and you experienced that you used to sit only for a short duration and now you can sit for many hours. You already got certain glances of how much more energy you have. In the dance marathon, eight hours non-stop you danced, no tiredness. And from where was that energy coming? We were the same person as always, so what changed that day? Things like this we can brainstorm, we can audit it, we can introspect it. That would make us realize that there is something much more in us which we can bring out. So if our conscious goal is clear we put resources as per that. Some friends would like to first receive their light and then serve others, help others, which is beautiful as well. Even this path of giving to others without any expectation makes life so much more beautiful. In the process we heal our self and give it to others too. Yes, it’s important that the giving should be without any expectation and we only give if we can do that without expecting anything in return, that includes not even a “Thank you.” So in these days I will be sharing with you the practical tools which I have used in finding the same. Finding how to live happily and joyfully, finding who I am, from where I came and where I will go. So we’ll take it one by one. I welcome all of you, acknowledging that you are different than those who look or seek for material things and you seek for truth, you seek to live happily and joyfully.
