We have worked on purifying the body and purifying thoughts. Even deeper than thoughts are emotions. So today we will discuss how to purify emotions. Thought comes and goes. We have figured out how to turn negative thoughts into positive thoughts and the mechanism how to reduce the number of arising thoughts. Emotions work like this, someone says something to us and we just feel sad, even though intellectually we understand that we don’t need to be sad about it. But it just happens. So if it happens then how to fix it?
