Gently, as you continue with this exercise, start by emitting the warm, radiant color of red. Gradually, let your entire body be suffused with this vibrant hue. As you do so, feel yourself radiating energy and strength. At this moment, you are completely filled with boundless energy and unwavering strength.
Gradually, begin by emitting the warm and vibrant orange color. Transition your entire being, allowing it to transform into a beautiful shade of orange. As you do so, channel the sensation of spreading happiness and joy. In this moment, you are completely filled with profound happiness and uncontainable joy.
Step by step, start to emit the gentle and bright yellow color. As you engage in this process, allow your entire body to undergo a gradual transformation, shifting into a radiant shade of yellow. Simultaneously, immerse yourself in the sensation of radiating intelligence. At this point, you are entirely filled with wisdom and intelligence.
Gradually, your essence begins to emit a vibrant green hue. Simultaneously, your entire body undergoes a transformation, becoming suffused with the green color. As this harmonious transformation unfolds, you can sense the warmth of harmony and friendship emanating from within. Consequently, you have fully embraced and embodied the essence of harmony and friendship.
In a gradual manner, start to emit the serene and calming blue color. Transition your entire body until it adopts a tranquil shade of blue. You are the rainbow, your colours are going out everywhere. Feel yourself getting bigger and big ger, your colours going out further and further, until they cover up this whole room, then further until they cover the whole country, and still fur ther until they cover the whole world. As you spread out all the colours, you are also spreading out energy, happiness, intelligence, friendship, peace, gentleness and beauty. Extend your presence, spreading out even farther, and as a result, you grow even bigger.
Now your colours of light are spreading throughout the whole universe. With each passing moment, envision yourself growing larger and larger, until you are as vast as the entire universe. As your colors of light shine, they radiate outwards in every direction through the expanse of space, connecting with and illuminating all of space. Slowly, all the colours changed into a stream of white light. This white light is now flowing down the top of your head down to your heart. Feel all the white light going into your heart.
