Heart Chakra Meditation has been recommended by various traditions and religions. The heart chakra, known as Anahata, is the center of love, compassion, and forgiveness. It is the bridge that connects our animal instincts to our spiritual growth. By purifying and opening the heart chakra, we can experience greater emotional balance, sensitivity, and a deeper connection with our true selves.
The objective of this meditation technique is to cultivate a compassionate attitude, acceptance of our masculine and feminine emotions, a forgiving mindset, self-approval, and heartfelt love and affection. By energizing the heart chakra through this meditation, we can manifest these qualities in our lives.
Before we begin, it is important to find a comfortable and relaxed position. Choose a quiet and peaceful location where you won’t be disturbed. Sit with your neck straight, spine upright, and head aligned as if you are watching someone in front of you. Close your eyes and release any tension in your neck, facial muscles, shoulders, arms, and thighs.
Stage No 1: Full Yogic Breathing
Start by focusing on your breath. Take deep breaths, filling your lungs completely. Feel the breath entering and leaving your body. With each inhale, imagine positive energy flowing into your heart chakra. As you exhale, release any negativity or tension from your body and mind. Repeat this for a few minutes, allowing yourself to relax and become present in the moment.
Stage No 2: Open Mouth Heart Chakra Breathing
Now, open your mouth slightly and take deep breaths through your mouth. As you inhale, visualize the energy entering your heart chakra and filling it with love and compassion. As you exhale, release any blockages or negativity from your heart chakra. Continue this breathing pattern for a few minutes, feeling the energy flow through your heart chakra and radiate throughout your body.
Stage No 3: Open Mouth Breathing with Heart Chakra Mantra “AHA”
In this stage, continue the open mouth breathing from the previous stage but add a mantra. As you inhale, silently repeat the mantra “AHA” (pronounced ah-ha) in your mind. As you exhale, feel the vibration of the mantra resonating in your heart chakra, further activating its energy. Allow yourself to fully immerse in the sound and sensation of the mantra, experiencing a deep connection with your heart chakra.
Stage No 4: Open Mouth Breathing into Heart Chakra with Movement of Hands
In the final stage, continue the open mouth breathing with the mantra “AHA” while adding a hand movement. As you inhale, raise your hands towards your heart, palms facing inward. As you exhale, lower your hands back down, palms facing downward. Visualize energy flowing from your hands into your heart chakra, amplifying its power and radiance. Repeat this movement with each breath, syncing your breath, mantra, and hand movement.
By practicing this Psychic Tantra Breathing Meditation regularly, you can awaken and activate your heart chakra, leading to a more compassionate and loving approach towards yourself and others. Embrace the qualities of the heart chakra – unconditional love, compassion, forgiveness, and acceptance – and allow them to guide you on your spiritual journey. Open your heart, connect with your true self, and experience the transformative power of the heart chakra.
