Whirling Meditation
7 Days/21 Days/30 Days
Whirling is one of the most ancient techniques, one of the most forceful. It is so deep that even a single experience can make you totally different. Whirl with open eyes, just like small children go on twirling, as if your inner being has become a center and your whole body has become a wheel, moving, a potter’s wheel, moving. You are in the center, but the whole body is moving.
The meditation is divided into two stages and resting.
Whirling-60 Minutes
For the beginners it will last an hour to get fully into the feeling of the energy whirlpool. The whirling takes place on the spot in an anti-clockwise direction. Simultaneously, hold the right arm high with the palm upwards, and position the left arm low with the palm downwards. When user is whirling so fast that they cannot remain upright, their body will fall by itself. Whirling can calm our nerves and lighten our spirit. Additionally, if fatigue and lack of vitality affect us, this meditation can potentially revitalize our system.
Resting- 30 Minutes
Course Fees:
According to the tradition of meditation, there are no fees or charges for attending the courses, not even for accommodation and food & beverages. Voluntary donations from individuals who have completed at least one week’s course with us and experienced the benefits of meditation fund all expenses of the course and running the center. They wish to share the same opportunity with others. One can choose to donate according to their free will; we never ask for it. Additionally, donations are accepted only after completing the course. It operates much like a chain of generosity. When someone donates for your course, upon completion, you, in turn, donate for the next person. This ongoing cycle fosters a sense of shared giving and community support. Some participant donates, some are not in the capacity to donate, some wants to skip it, somehow it works very well. The donations are recommended, not compulsory. The entire team works as volunteers of Karma Yoga. The team includes teachers, servers, and trustees. None of the team members receives any remuneration for their
