#26 Dissolving Boundaries in Pure Awareness

Radiant one, this experience may dawn between two breaths. After breath comes in (down) and just before turning up (out)—the beneficence

Vigyan Bhairav Tantra, Verse 49

In the depths of meditation, as you delve into the realms of consciousness, let your awareness expand beyond the confines of the self. Sit in a comfortable posture, allowing your breath to flow naturally, and gently close your eyes.

Begin by grounding yourself in the present moment, feeling the weight of your body resting on the Earth, and gradually turn your attention inward. Release all thoughts of past and future, letting go of the attachments that bind you to the temporal world.

Now, as you enter into the realm of pure awareness, become aware of the sensations arising within your body. Feel the subtle energy coursing through your being, pulsating with the rhythm of life itself.

With each breath, allow your awareness to expand, transcending the boundaries of the physical form. Sense the interconnectedness of all existence, the oneness that permeates every particle of the universe.

As you dissolve into this boundless expanse of consciousness, let go of any sense of separation between the observer and the observed. There is no subject, no object, only the pure essence of awareness itself.

In this state of profound stillness, allow yourself to merge with the divine presence that resides within and without. Experience the unity of all creation, the eternal dance of Shiva and Shakti, the interplay of consciousness and energy.

Rest in this timeless space of pure awareness, letting go of all concepts, all identities, all notions of self and other. Here, in the silence of the heart, you are one with the universe, one with the infinite source of all that is.

As you dwell in this state of sublime bliss, know that you are not separate from the divine. You are the divine, expressing itself through the infinite variety of forms and experiences.

In the union of the meditator, the object of meditation, and the act of meditation itself, there is only pure awareness, shining forth in all its radiant glory.

This meditation invites practitioners to transcend the limitations of individual identity and merge with the boundless expanse of consciousness. It is a journey into the heart of being, where the self dissolves into the infinite, and the divine is realized in all its splendor.
