What Should We Do With Our Thoughts?

You don’t need to fight your thoughts. You don’t need to silence them or chase them away. All you need is to stop giving them importance. Let them be. Don’t judge, don’t react, don’t tell them to go or stay. Just watch—like watching clouds drift across the sky or scenes from a silent film.

And something remarkable happens: as you continue to watch without involvement, a moment comes when the thoughts vanish. There’s nothing left to observe. Just silence. Stillness. This is the doorway I’ve often called nothingness, emptiness. And from this emptiness, your real self enters—the master within.

That inner master is pure presence, pure positivity. In its hands, even the mind—so often chaotic and destructive—becomes a force of creation, healing, and light. The same intelligence that split the atom to destroy Hiroshima could, in the hands of a conscious being, uplift all of humanity.

Without meditation, the mind runs wild. It serves fear, desire, ego, destruction. But with meditation, the master returns—and the mind willingly obeys. It becomes a tool in the hands of awareness.

The human mind is an astonishing instrument. No supercomputer compares to it—it can store more information than all the world’s libraries combined. Yet this miraculous tool, without guidance, becomes dangerous. It has given us wars, violence, and nightmares.

Why? Because the servant—the mind—has been allowed to rule in the absence of the master—your awareness.

You cannot control the mind directly. But you can become aware. And that awareness is the turning point. With enough watching, the master returns. And in the presence of the master, the mind surrenders. It becomes aligned with life.

Once aligned, that same mind can create a paradise here on Earth. There is no need to search for heaven above. And no need to search for hell either—we’ve already built it. But we can undo it too.

The key is simple: watch. Watch deeply. Watch without interference. And you will find yourself—not as the mind, but beyond it. That is the real transformation.
