Is Meditation Just for People Into ‘New Age’ Philosophy?

The New Age movement is just a passing trend—like many others before it. Remember the hippies? Once a powerful, rebellious force aiming to drop out of society, they seemed to vanish almost overnight. What happened to their revolution? Like most movements, it lacked depth and staying power. These trends often come with attractive names, but they rarely offer a true path to transformation. The New Age movement, for all its flair, doesn’t present anything radically new or powerful enough to fundamentally change human beings. It’s a fashion, and like all fashions, it will fade.
What I’m doing is not part of any movement. It’s not something new—it’s something timeless. It began with the first spark of human consciousness and will continue as long as humanity exists. This isn’t about joining a movement or following a trend. It’s about tapping into the core of human evolution—the search for truth, for being, for inner freedom. That search is beyond time. It’s eternal.
I may not be here forever, but this work will go on. Others were here before me, and others will come after. There are no founders or leaders in this journey—only those who help light the way. And each one who does leaves the world a little more awake, a little more beautiful than they found it.
