The Meditation Foundation was founded by Swami Advaitananda Giri , whose teachings in meditation, yoga, and practical living have helped millions of people around the globe reshape their lives for the better.

Swami Advaitananda Giri started his journey at the tender age of nine. He came from a village and visited Kabir Ashram in Damakhera, Chattisgarh with his parents. During the visit, he received a diksha mantra. Displaying astonishing resolve, the young boy sustained a meditation posture for an impressive 9-10 hours, swiftly capturing everyone’s attention. Recognizing his remarkable potential, the expert advised his parents to entrust him to their Gurukul. Later the boy evolved as the revered Swami Advaitananda Giri.
